New initiatives at the Slow Market

There is a lot of exciting new activities taking pace at the Slow Market! The supervised kiddies play area, party venue and naming campaign are just a few of our new initiatives.

"Whats in a name?" We have started a naming campaign, where our team members and traders wear name tags. This encourages conversations between clientelle and traders and makes the market a more intimate and personal space.

Mamma circus and her Zebra are visiting the market tommorow. Bring your friends and family to see the animal free circus in action! They are currently performing until 7 August at the Van der Stel Sports Club, in Stellenbosch.

The Slow Market has partnered with The Art Collaboration to showcase the works of upcoming artists and sell their artworks. In addition to this, there will be giveaways, a kiddies art are and live music!

Something to look forward to is our next event, "Spring on Special" , which will take place on 16 September as an ode to Spring!
